The Approve and Reject commands on the default Actions menu are used to indicate whether a work request and its attached design are ready for construction or require further design work. These commands are available only for work requests in the Waiting Approval state (see Queueing Work Requests for Approval). To approve and reject work requests, you must be a member of a user group with this capability.

The specific function of the Approve and Reject commands will depend on the way work request states and actions have been customized for a particular installation.
